The Media Nav is following Carminat TomTom for its price and willingness to offer an affordable offer since it is offered at € 430. This is the first touch system of Renault but also the very first navigation system proposed on Dacia since it is available on the Duster and Lodgy before being extended to the rest of the range including the Logan 2 which should soon be the last from his nose. This system will then be extended to the Clio, Captur and Utility range.

In 2015, Renault introduced the MediaNav Evolution.
The Media Nav Evolution is, as its name suggests, an evolution of the first version of Media Nav launched in 2012 with the Dacia Lodgy and the Renault Clio. This system is characterized by a great simplicity of use, a good reliability, and a reduced price: an excellent value for money!
- A new interface design that retains the layout of the very simple menus of the first version. The design is more in tune with the times and abandons the yellow theme.
- Traffic info distributed by RDS / TMC: proposal of alternative routes. Very good point because it was a real lack on the first version.
- Speed Cameras including in the map.
- SIRI support for Apple phones (from iPhone 4S). A button on the satellite behind the steering wheel of the car radio will activate the voice assistant. Good point there too because the users of the apple will be able to do actions to the voice without touching the phone! Strongly that the same system is set up for Google Now (the competitor on the Android side)
- AHA Bluetooth support (available on Android and iOS). This application allows you to listen to web radio or even its Twitter and Facebook feed. This compatibility increases the connectivity of the Media Nav.
In 2018, Renault introduced the MediaNav Evolution v2 with Android Auto and Apple Carplay.
